Robert Dugan, 1324 57th St., was found in contempt and was sentenced to eight days in County Jail, plus a fine of $25 and costs, for refusing to have his dog examined by a veter-nnarian after the animal bit aboy.*Dugan’s dog bit 13-year-old David Drath, 1119 57th St., Monday. Police said Dugan refused to have the animal examined,as required by city ordinance.
