Hopson, Mrs. Toney Ross Wade and Don Robert Pailares, Mrs. David FrileyjKemp, all charged with grandCriminal Court will be set at 9 a.m. Wednesday and will include one case of murder.Indicted for murder Monday jby Grand Jurors was Grady Quicksey, 55, owner of the Trailways Hotel in Beckley.Quicksey was arrested inDecember for the fatal shooting of Frank D. Dowell Jr., 38, of Crab Orchard in the hotel where the two engaged in aargument over a card game,policebeenreports, free onaccording to Quicksey has $10,000 bond.Only five of the 18 Grand Jurors summoned to hear presentments appeared i n criminal court Monday. Judge Harry L. McCreery said a check of service on others listed for Grand Jury duty showed they had moved from the state or otherwise were not found.Thomas A. Winner and W. R. “Red” Shumate, appointed as special jury commissioners procured the following replacements: Alan Susman, JohnWilkes, Clyde Barker, Missvomlt;putotoofprtil-Mrs. J. H. Smiih and Mrs. S. C. Ballard.Robert P. McLean was appointed jury foreman. Others who reported this morning are Mrs. Dale Donley, Harold Eye, Mrs. Virginia Akers, and A. R. Haynes.Jurors who failed to report are John Cook Jr., Eunice; Mrs. Gladys Brooks, Bolt; Mrs. Bernard Vance, Clear Creek; Daniel J. Meadows, Pluto;Douglas Matics and Gilkerson, both of Beaver; Albert Cunningham, Odd; Quincy Bolen, Josephine; William Garner and Mrs. Mary Davis, both Beckley.A total of 30 other persons were indicted.Other indictments to be docketed Wednesday for trial include Clarence Valentine, Johnny Freeman Webb Jr., Charles William Bragg Jr., Billy Lee Hoover, Marion McGuire and Charles Bolen, all charged with driving while intoxicated;larceny;Clarence Edward Farmer, maiming; Hamilton Jerome Phipps, selling copper without a license; Randall Edward Smithson, resisting arrest ;Edward Pittman Jr.. John C. Meadows, Paul D. Shelton; Donald Ray McGann and Howard Richard Adkins (two counts), Gary Kennedy. Timothy John Pettxy, and Donald Ray Skaggs, all forEdward breaking and entering;Donald Ray Skaggs, aliasDonnie bkaggs. breaking andentering; Ernest Bates, Roy D.
