Dowell Jr., 38, of Crab Orchard in the hotel where the two engaged in aargument over a card game,policebeenreports, free onaccording to Quicksey has $10,000 bond.Only five of the 18 Grand Jurors summoned to hear presentments appeared i n criminal court Monday. Judge Harry L. McCreery said a check of service on others listed for Grand Jury duty showed they had moved from the state or otherwise were not found.Thomas A. Winner and W. R. “Red” Shumate, appointed as special jury commissioners procured the following replacements: Alan Susman, JohnWilkes, Clyde Barker, Missvomlt;putotoofprtil-Mrs. J. H. Smiih and Mrs. S. C. Ballard.Robert P. McLean was appointed jury foreman. Others who reported this morning are Mrs. Dale Donley, Harold Eye, Mrs. Virginia Akers, and A. R. Haynes.Jurors who failed to report are John Cook Jr., Eunice; Mrs. Gladys Brooks, Bolt; Mrs. Bernard Vance, Clear Creek; Daniel J.
