Ask Death in Slaying of Boy, 7TOKYO (AP) — The prosecution Tuesday asked the death penalty for a quiet 32-year-old dentist on trial in the kidnap-murder of a 7-year-old boy which shocked the nation last May.Prosecutor Hideo Takada termed defendant Shigehisa Motoyama,father of three boys, a “fiend” anda man of “rare cruelty whose great crime cannot be forgiven by either heaven or man.”Motoyama had pleaded guilty to charges of kidnap, murder and blackmail last September.The body of the victim, Masalci Ozeki, was found stuffed in a rice sack inside Motoyama's car.
