ARLIE MARTIN TO FACE A CAR THEFT CHARGEArlle Martin was arrested here yesterday by Chief Deputy Sheriff H. G. Cline and Highway Troopers Roberts and Wade, on a car theft charge. He is alleged to have stolen the car at Pittsburg, Kan., and driven it here. Sheriff Russell Patterson said charges would be filed against Martin in Newton county, where he is being held in jail pending arraignment.
