WIFE ALLEGES HER HUSBAND IS A BIGAMISTMansion, WJs., March 15.—Sheriff C. P. Babcock has returned from Milwaukee with Odram Fritz, formerly a. rest den: of Camp Douglas, whom he-arrested on the charge of bigamy. Fritz, a short time ago, married MissFlorence Wilkinson of Camp Douglas, who is the complaining witness. Sho alleges that he has a wife living in Iowa from whom he had- never been divorced. At Council Bluffs the county records disclose that Odram Frit* was married October 15, 1903, to MissChristina Hendricksen, whom he 1* alleged to have deserted.
