WIFE ALLEGES HER HUSBAND IS A BIGAMISTMansion, Wis., March 15.—Sheriff C. P. Babcock has returned from Milwaukee with Odram Fritz, formerly a. roslden: of Camp Douglas, whom ho arrested on the charge of bigamy. Fritz, a short time ago, married MissFlorence Wilkinson of Camp Douglas, who is the complaining witness. Sho alleges that he has a wife living in Iowa from whom he had* never been divorced. At Council Bluffs the county records disclose that Odram Fritx was married October 15, 1903, to Miss Christina Hendricksen, whom he la I alleged to have deserted.
