Deceased had been in feeblehealth for some time and was ninety-fiveyears of age October 4, 1690, being theoldest person m town at the timo of his death. He came to this town some forty years ago from Nova Scotia, end was respected and esteemed by all who knew { him. Van Zand! was at once arrested by Marshal Fowler, of Whitewater. on a Walworth oonnty warrant, oharging him with bigamy, and taken to that oonnty. Rock county therefore escapes that bill of co?taJ.
