After being out twenty-four hour*, the jury in the ewe of Russell, charged with the robbery of Temple G. Harrison, came into court and declared their inability to agree upon a verdict. It is understood that they stood eight for conviction and four for acquittal. They should have been permitted to have hung for a week or two.
