SHERIFF’S DEPUTY TO CALIFORNIA TO RETURN NEWTON COUNTY MANSheriff Russell Patterson this morning sent Deputy Ora Schweitzer to Jefferson City to secure extradition papers for C. S. Musgrave, formerly of this section but now located at Ivanhoe, Calif. Schweitzer will go on to Ivanhoe from Jefferson City to return Musgrave here to face a charge of disposing of mortgaged property. Sheriff Patterson said, expecting to return here in about 10 days.
