! Mrs. Lucy Hicks, well known colored woman of Oxnard, was arrested early yesterday morning by Chief of Police J. B. Kerrick, it I was learned today. !Mrs. Hicks faces charges of possession of liquor. According to : Chief Kerrick a gallon of whiskey j and several glasses were foundcleverly concealed in her home at b.r»l B street. A trap board in the wall hid the liquor cache, it was i stated. j
