Pbosats Cot**.—At the iast terraof court a day wa* fixed for the trialof Mrs. Caroline Walker, but at the time appointed ahe failed to put io nn appearance. A warrant wa# tbi'renpon issued for her re-arrest and placed in the hands of Sheriff Johnson, and she was brought before Judge Jfordan, where additional security was girea for her appearance
