Men indictedon drug chargesRALEIGH β Eight Columbus County men have been indicted on federal charges as part of an alleged drug ring that funneled sales of crack cocaine through a Riegelwood club.The indictment unsealed Thursday accuses the men of drug and firearms charges, including conspiracy to distribute the cocaine, the U.S. Attorney s Office in Raleigh announced.The federal indictment returned late lastmonth by a Wilmingtongrand jury alleges that Antwand Demond Brown, 29, made the crack and with others sold it through the club called βThe Bar, located in a cinderblock building in Riegelwood.Also indicted were Dion Saulter, 23; Gene Anthony Brown Jr., 33; William Oree Brown, 59; Terry Wayne Brown, 45; Michael Jerome Cherry Jr., 23; William Bernard Bress, 48; and James Darren Robbins, 33. All eight men are from Riegelwood.
