Contempt Hearing.—Tha Catscounty district court has ordered Frank Berge to appear at ahearing March 22 to show cause why he should not be punished for contempt of court. Hit former wife, Dessie P. Berge, has filed an action with the court, claiming he has failed to make support payments as provided by a court decree made July 11, 1955. Under the decree he was to pay $90 monthly for support of three children, but has made only one support payment since then according to information filed in the case.
