JOHN SHELLHART, OP PULASKICOUNTY 16 HELD UNDER A $3,000 BOND TO AN-6WER CHARGE.John Sbellhart, 65 years of age, residing three miles southwest of Star City, is held under a $3,000 boiyi to answer to a statutpry charge. The prosecuting witness is Nellie Lidgard, 14 years of age, and the mother of a four days old babe. She charges the accused man with being the father of her child. He is a etep-grandfather to the girl mother.Shellhart’s arrest was made on a grand Jury indictment. He has employed counsel and it is said will fight the case.
