O’Malley.Mrs. Kittie Hensley is Freed By Jury in Probate j9tCourt. jiThat Mrs. Kittie Hensley is ofsound mind and capable of looking after her own affairs was the verdict returned yesterday by a jury in the probate court, after hearing a number of witnesses for the government and for the accused.A complaint charging Mrs. Hensley with being an insane person was sworn out during the early | part of last week, and since that time, the accused woman has been confined to the federal jail, whe^e she was under the observation of Dr. J. A. Sutherland, the government physician.When the defendant was brought up for examination yesterday afternoon, she was represented by Attorney Cecil H. Clegg. It took the (jury but a few moments to reach ^ its verdict after the evidence had been submitted.s
