Six In Family VictimsOf iExecution’ ShootingTHE VOS E, Pa. (UPI) — Soma of the six parsons shot to death in a suburban Philadelphia. home may have walked in on at least two of the exeeution-style murders, surprising their slayers, police said Saturday night.Bensalem Township Police Chief Lawrence R. Michaels said all six victims, whose bodies were found Friday night in the basement of a Bucks County house, were shot in the side of the head. Autopsy results were expected Sunday.The victims were, identified as John Abt. 50; his wife, .Margaret; daughters, Margie, 19. and Cathy, 10; son, John Jr., 13, nnd Margie’s hoy friend, G arsonEngle, 20, also of-Trevosc.“We're looking at all the motives. Michaels said, noting that '‘nothing appeared to bo missing” from the house. “We have some leads, some solid. I wouldn’t want lo rule anyone out right now as a suspect.”“There is no evidence of how many assailants and no evidence that they did or did not know the family/' he said.The bodies were discovered after another son, Michael, 20, returned home and thought something was amiss” when he found the house quiet and trails of blood in the kitchen. He ran out of the house and flagged down police officer David Clee, who discovered thevictims.
