Threats Against Debtors Charged With Arrest of 4OKLAHOMA CITY (API-Four Oklahoma City men were awaiting an appearance before a U.S. magistrate today on federal complaints that they used threats of violence to collect debts owed them.The FBI said Thursday night it had arrested Tracy Coy “Pody” Poe, 42, Constantine Dino Brice, William Strother and Keith Parton, 37, and were looking for another suspect.The federal complaint alleged the four contacted several persons in the Oklahoma City area “and through threats of force and violence against them and their families, collected and attempted to collect debts owed Poe, Brice and Strother. Agents said some of the debts stemmed from gambling activities.Parton and the other suspect allegedly were collecting the debts for the others, the FBI said.In addition to the arrests, federal agents executed search warrants at the Poe residence in northwest Oklahoma City and the offices of the Hook and Slice Driving Range and Terrapin leasing Ltd.
