bot or is is oneLONe PRISON TERMLibby, March 13.—Howard Hull, 19-year-old vouth who was being:held on a charge of first degree murder, as having been one of the two bandits who shot and killed Frank Gregson, Great Northern operator at Eureka, on the night of January 2, pleaded guilty to second degree murder in district court here Wednesday and Thursday was sentenced to from 18 to 30 years in the state penitentiary at Deer Lodge by Judge Ross of Havre, who presided in the absence of Judge C. W. Pomeroy of Kalispell.Sam Anderson, Hull’s partner, who did the actual shooting, had previously pleaded guilty to first degree murder and was sentenced to life in the penitentiary.
