Agreement.Nearly one hundred indictments returned by the grand jury for violations of the prohibition' law were withdrawn today tn the circuit court when the defendants signed agreements not to violate the law any more. A case against Robert McBride, who was on the list for the day, was nolle proseed as the indictment, was. not Intended for him.
