Says tlie Findlay Coun\ r: Old Charlie Fosier, the third member of thej Foster-Lowery gang, in-, this county,I was convicted this afternoon on the charge of burglary and larceny as set forth in the indictment.Fry met Foster when he was placedinside of the corridor and together they sought the seclusion of a cell where they remained for seme time. Fry is badly broken up over his incarceration.A motion for a new trial will be argued in Fry’s case, Monday, and it is probable that a motion for a new trial may be argued in Foster’s case at the same time.
