That Hissing Farmer.•i -Mr. William Rigdon and several other parties from the northern part of the county, were here yesterday afternoon telegraphing to different places in hopes of securing a clue to the whereabouts of David H. Uen-rieks, the farmer who disappeared from his home in Van Btiren township, last Saturday. A special in Thursday’s issue of the Cincinnati Enquirer from Greenville, Ohio, related the finding near there in a hollow log of the body of a man, in whose pockets* were $400 in money, and Mr. Rigdon sent a telegram to the Coroner of Darke county, Ohio, where Greenville is situated, asking for further information. The Coroner answered that 110 inquest hadbeen held, and that the story ‘was• *based on rumors. There is probably nothing in the report.
