Schipper and TOley were arrested a week ago Wednesday following an automobile accident.Confessions signed by the men solved a string of robberies in eleven eastern Iowa communities besides the attempted robbery of the Baldwin bank last November.Judge Heiserrrran -Foley and Schipper were brought before District Judge J. E. Heiser-man last Saturday morning. Two breaking and entering charges were filed against -Schipper by County Attorney James Reniley last week.
