POTTLE BOUND OVER ON SERIOUS CHARGERaymond O. Pottle, 20 Marshall street, was held in $5,000 to the June term of Sagadahoc superior court by Judge John J. Keegan before whom he was arraigned Wednesday morning, charged by Mrs. Alice M. Pottle with felonious assault upon her 13-year-old step daughter, Dorothy C. Pottle, on March 11. Through his attorney, Edward W. Brldgham, Pottle waived reading of the warrant and hearing before a crowed court room. Mr. Bridgham entered a plea of not guilty for his client. Pottle had been unable to raise his bond up to early Wednesday afternoon and may have to be taken to Augusta jail to await the next term of superior court.
