Chris Schmidt was-hound over to the district court by County Judgs Ratter-inan of' Columbus in the sum of $400on a charge of grand larceny. John To ten alleged that while sleeping with Schmidt in a livery barn $60 was taken from his trousers. On a previous complaint in justice court for the same offense Schmidt was discharged on account of insufficient evidence.
