I*• __l A Chicago Paper Points out a Suspicious Circumstance.Wednesday's Chicago Tribune con-1 tains an Illustrated review of the j Kusehmami ease In which It is stated.J The theory ol‘ the oilkers who are work- j ling upon the ease is that Kuschmann, was murdered, probably before he left} the farm, his overcoat wrapped about I his head, and the body loaded into a' buggy and taken to the spot where it! was found and laid beside'the road, the! foot placed in the stirrup,loop of the saddle, and the overcoat carried some distance and dropped. *The Tribune points out as a suspicious circumstance the fact that the horse -.which Kuschmann rode that night was claimed by Bastian to be very “fractions.” but on investigation | the animal lias been found to be very docile. Nobody except Bastian saw Kuschmann after lie left the home.”
