The Upper Reservoir area was closed off early Saturday morning as tracking dogs from the Huron and Erie county sheriff's departments searched for evidence in the wooded area. Agents from the Ohio Bureau of Investigation and Identification were alsoassisting Norwalk police detectives investigating the case.This will be a difficult case to work on because We'll have to trace her activities from earlier in the evening, Holman said.Miss Skiver, a 1986 graduate of Norwalk High School,'was remembered as a pleasant person by a neighbor, Mary Resor, 4673 En Road, Norwalk. Mrs. Resor owned the house in which Ms. Skiver lived with her mother, Janet Estep, for the past year and a half.Mrs. Resor said she had known Ms. Skiver for the past six to seven years and also worked with her mother in the Norwalk City Schools. She said she was not home Friday night and said she had no idea why Ms. Skiver was at the reservoir.Kubach-Smith Funeral Home is in charge of final arrangements.
