RIOT AMONO SECTION MEN.Four Fatally Injured and Many Wounded at Burning Springs.Parkersburg, W. Va.-There he* beau a riot among thirty Italian laborer* at work on tbo extension of the Little Kanawha Railway near Born-ing Spring*. Poor men were fatally injured.The Italian* wanted to leove on ao-oonnt of work being delayed by high wat«r. They were told that they oouhl not leave ontil they Imd worked oat their contract for railroad fare whioh had been paid for from Chicago.A battle eneoed in which axe* were need. One Italiau had an arm oat off and four are said to hare boon fatally hurt. They are being cared for at the home of an American.
