She swore on examination he- a ^fore Exp Sprigg, that she recognized lo* Liaville as one of three men she -au commit the deed, and that she wa^ prevented from informing at an earlier date by threats of her life from the perpetrators. Kidd claimed to have lost $175 in money by the robbers. In ab- j *l( seuce of $600 bail Liuville was ^mitted to jail in Richmond.
