Authorities To Charge Havre ManArthur Campbell of 1323 5th St. will be charged today in court with two counts of aggravated assault and one count of discharging firearms in the city following a shooting incident last night at the Hacienda Trailer Court.Campbell was charged with firing a 7MM rifle into the west side of a trailer belonging to Sarita Hiatt of No. 53 Hacienda Court. The bullet went through the porch of the trailer and entered the ceiling.Police were summoned and upon arrival, impounded the rifle and took Campbell into custody.Campbell was also being held on two summons issued by the Montana Highway Patrol for an accident he was involved in the same night and a D.W.l charge that had been on the books prev-
