Two Sentenced For Area BurglariesBELMONT —A 35.year-olcl man was sentenced from three to seven years in AlUca Stale Prison and a 20-year-old youlli received a suspended sentence from County Judge William W. Serra today in the Court House,Belmont.Theodore M. Cocco, formerly of the Sail Rising Road, Bolivar, was committed to the state prison on burglary third degrees and grand larceny, first degree in connection with a break-inat the Andover Village Garage Aug. 24 and the theft 'of tools estimated in excess of $800.Cocco had been in the custody of the Detroit, Mich., police and brought to Belmont Dec.29. His case was adjourned to Jan. 6 to permit him to obtain counsel and Philip Engelder, Wellsvllle attorney, was assigned to defend Cocco, who pleaded not guilty. Following a two-day trial, Feb.'14 and 15, ajury found him guilty.
