HOWARD CONE* ■ . jConvicted slayer of Roy Tucker, whose beheaded and mutilated body was found in a farm house in the Dillon section bn the night of June 22nd last. Cone was convicted by a Thomas county jury and sentenced to electrocution. Efforts to secure a new trial and a subsequent reprieve and later have him declar'd insane failed.
