BOYS ARE FREED OF ROBBERY CHARGEUNIONTOWN, March II.—A jury: this morning acquitted Charles Wil*, gna and Walter Wilson, Dunbar township boys, of robbery charges, but convicted them of ausault and battery. The boys were illegetl to have taken 2S cents and a handkerchief. from Wilbur Cope lt;Cf.er way-laying-him on tho highway last February S. It developed, however, that there had been a previous argument between Cope and one of Me defendants in which Cope had got the heller of it. When the parties nun again the battle was resumed. Cope claimed h© was knocked down and robbed.
