CHARGE OF TRESPASS \Filed Against Sim Yeager, GraysvilleI rndertakei*.I William Benefield, a prominent farmer of Graysville, filed a charge against Sim Leager, the Graysville undertaker, in ’Squire Kirkham’s court today for trespassing on the property of Mrs. Benefield without her consent. The warrant will be served at once and the case heard. As I soon as the parties are prepared.I Yaeger it is alleged has been hauling sod and dirt from the Benefield farm adjoining Graysville to fill in a town lot. He had been warned to desist several times, and Saturday it is claimed Yaeger and his sons hauled several loads of dirt from the farm.He was toldto keep away, but Tuesday he is said to have returned and hauled several more loads of dirt from the farm and placed it on his lot. Benefield hesitated to charge his townsmen with malicious tresspass, but will force Yaeger to keep off his land.— - ■#« » -BAY AT SUGAR CAMP.William Benefield who has been carrying the scholars to the Big Springs school hduse for more than two Hears, will give his young friends a treat Saturday at a sugar water camp near Graysville.
