The case o£ Severson Bros, vs Gto. Steinmetz was tried before Justice Weimer at Radcliffe Friday. Ed. Lundy acting as attorney for the plaintiff and Chas. Rogers for defense. JThe case was decided iu favor of Mr. Steinmetz.
