I BURGLARS BUSYFivfl schools and two homes were burglarized.Three cars were broken into in the dowmown area, including one of a si ate representative, and loot Valued at more than SI,500 as taken.A 10-year-old youth, suspected of assaulting a girl, was kidnaped from his home and beaten.Two bandits made an abortive attempt to rob a South Side service station.Police officers assaulted were Patrolmen Anton Midi alec, A.
