E. Creps.After deliberating two hours, a jury late yesterday found Nick Pagano, manager of at) East Philadelphia street restaurant, guilty of furnishing malt beverage to a minor, Walda Dewis, a waitress, was acquitted, James Trimarehi and Sam Caranbuc-ci, other Indiana restaurant men, indicted on a similar charge were placed on trial today. The charges were brought by local police after they said a 13-year-old girl had been found in an intoxicated condition, Andy Krivonick, of Ernest, who is alleged, to have escorted the girl, also was arrested.Mrs. Charles Horehak, of Lucerne-mines, accused by Constable Joseph Puffalo, of Center Township( of violating the liqudr alws, was found guilty by another jury earlier id the day. District Attorney Edwin M.
