Two auto speeders were fined and another qutoist was assessed $4 for not having proper lights and a driver's certificate when they ap peared before Judge Robert Edgar this morning. Louis Fageol of 11 Prospect street, Oakland, son of a well known cautemobile manufac turer, Was dismissed on nohharge of speeding because he is a minor. dewis immediately re-arrested and will have to appear in the juvenile court. C., Irwin, 1732 Callifornia Street was found guilty of driving at 25 mile an hour along College avenue Which is in a 20-mile zone. Tie was fined $5. M. A. Johnson, 5838 Col by street, Oakland, was fined 310 for speeding along Adeline street. Ix. C. Shurick, 1450 Third street was arrested, last night by Police Officer I. J. O'Keefe at Fourth and Delaware street for not having proper dehts on his machine. Shurick did not have a driver's cer tificate and was booked on the ad ditional charge, being fined $2 on each charge in court this morning.
