Thomas S, Petit has filed suitie against Louiesa and Peter Roth et al to set aside a deed which it is alleged plaintiff had a judgment against defendants in the sum of $465.10 and that they deeded their land In Ohio township to their daughter with the intention of defrauding their credi-to s, anvng thorn being this plaintiff, and th*t they have not other property sufficient to satisfy the above judgment. Stotsenburg A Weathers, of New Albany and Arch Steven-on, of Rockport are plaintiffs attorneys. At the last term of court a deed of the defendants was set a/*ide for like causes. Patrick H.
