MOCKERTS ARRESTED ON GRAND JURY INDICTMENTOn an indictment by the grand jury icharging that they gave liquor to Iminora, Edward Mockert and Georgej Mockert were arrested this morning by I the sheriff's department and subsequently released on bond of $200 in each ease in which they were in‘ . ‘-jV .Ed Mockert is charged by three separate indictments and George Mockert by two. The first is charged with having given liquor on February 20, 1910, * to Hans Seidell* Jr., Fred Zimmermanand Henrv Dukes. George Mockert is j ; charged with having given liquor on the same date to Claude Marty and Everett Vance. All five boys are said to be un- i | der the ago of 21 years.
