Ex-Superintendent's Hearing ScheduledHELENA lt;AP) — A former St. Regis public school superintendent who is under a two-year suspended sentence for embezzlement, is scheduled to appear next Monday for a hearing before the State Board of Education.He is James Hall, tried last February in the district court at Superior. State school officials said Hall’s status as a teacher will be considered at the hearing set for 1:30 p. m.Miss Harriet Miller, superintendent of public instruction, said remainder of the board s monthly session will be taken up with routine business. Gov. Donald G. Nutter will preside.
