lien Hughes, Sam Baker and Shirley Smit h, the three prisoners captured at Checotah last week after a running light, were carried before the United States commissioner at Dallas Wednesday to answer to the charge of obstructing the mail at the Gordan hold-up last fall. Their examining trials were fixed for next Tuesday and their appearance bonds at $250 each. Failing to furnish same they were remanded to jail.
