He was arrested last night by Night Officer Harold Angstead, on a warrant issued by Justice of the j Peace Clyde C. Bell.’ It was charged that Mr. Letts borrowed $17 from th1 hotel management, and refused to pay that sum and a $10 hotel bill, the the officers said.
