Sberpig Gets Suspended Sentence ^ |Adolph Sherpig, twice convict-1ed in Austin county for murder, upon change of venue was given a third trial, in Columbus, last week and given a five year suspended sentence District Attor-i ney R. A. Weinert, of that district, District Attorney Fred L Blundell and Assistant District Attorney J. Lee Dittert represented the state, and J. E. Edmondson of Bellviile and Howard A. Townsend of Columbus represented the defendant.
