Nelson, former cashier of the First National Bank ofMilroy, was sentenced by JudgeRobert T. Baltzell in federalcourt at Indianapolis Wednesdayafternoon. Nelson, when arraigned on a charge of embezzle-bank, entered a plea of guilty:Nelson was given a three yearsentence at the federal penitentiary at Fort Leavenworth, Kan -sas.
