FOR ASSAULTAND BATTERYPeter Deckrosh is Fined by Justice Maxwell.Peter Deckrosh of Ayersville, was lined $5 and costs today by Justice Maxwell on a charge ol' assault and battery to which he pleaded guilty. The ailidavit was sworn to by John A. Baum.Baum is administrator of the estate of Christian Deckrosh, and went to the home of the deceased's son to serve some papers. The two men began in quarrel which ended in Baum getting hit in the back with a piece of stove wood. The suit followed.
