He said i the murder was well executed as far! | as the leaving of clews-was concerned,! and therefore the man, who brought •; the assassin , to justice should be well = rewarded. The board failed to agree i with the attorney on that point how- j ever, but did its best by offering $500. There is some talk of appealing to Governor A.ltgeld for a like amount, j j The murder theory is growing in the j city and Black Hawk toyvnship, and is; now almost a settled fact.
