Goin# ti Join Ko»kltTony Anheir,. after sitting in judgment on his own ease for two weeks, yesterday decided to plead guilty to the charge of assault with, intent to kill. He made known his determination to the Sheriff, who conducted him into the presence of Judge Chase, who gave him the smallest sentence that the law allows, two years-in the State prison.:Tohy had evidently prepared himself for*a larger dose, as the sentence seem-_ed to relieve him considerably. He will be taken to Michigan; City in a few days. Logansporfe is not far behind her sister cities in sending delegates to the penitentiary.
