The citizens of Boyne Fails have lately been terrorized by a gang ofrufiians One inau by the name of Townsend, a stranger in town, was held up for bis money and kicked until more dead than alive. He probably would have been killed had not help come. A man was also held up near the depot and severely handled. The gang has escaped, but warrants are out for the arrest of two local toughs.
