Two Hundred Men Storm Jail and Hang Black Who Killed Deputy.Blakely. Ga.. March 5.—A mob of 200 men stormed the Jail here at 2 o’clock yesterday, took Joe Fowler, a negro, from his cell to a tree In the public square and hanged him. While the body was swaying every member nf the mob flred intd It. Tuesday Fowler without provocation killed Deputy Sheriff Murklson while the latter was trying to serve a warrant.
