Mra Caroline Walker, a well knowi J colored doctress in this city, with bar-1ing by means of a sharp instnimaR I procured an aiiortian upon the person { of Miss Mary Hamilton on the 15th of j November last. Mrs. Walker was ar* J rested and brought Into Court where I she was required to give bond in the Isum of $750 for her appearance when I called on. She proffered her husband, | Moses Walker, and Thomas Robinson 1 as surrcties which were accepted, bnt I they afterwards being deemed insuffl- I cient she «as rearrested, and Berated!
